after speaking with Dave Diemer we found that the path you where 
trying to get to the media folder may have changed. Could you try 
and access the folder with the path below and see if it is working 
for you?

Her hours are really weird and she may not be

Nicole Larsen is student worker who can't get on
department drive.  She connects to server and it
loads a blank white page.  She tries to connect
smb://media/media/ALLVIDEOS.  Multiple student
workers use the computer but she is the only one
with access to this drive.
