Checked in today - he does not have any more 
popups and his computer is running much more 
quickly.  He will call if they come back.

Uninstalled those programs and started 
Malwarebytes scan.  I gave him some information 
on what to do/look for as well as some next 
steps.  He will give us a call back if he is 
still experiencing problems after the scan 
finishes.

Computer is running really slow and will freeze
when he is on the internet.  There is also a
program that keeps popping up and asking to scan
his computer.  It is called mypcbackup and
360security center and he would like it taken off
his computer as well.

He is around all day today except 1-2.
