Hi Emily,

We were just following up with you regarding a service request that 
we have for you.  (#56844)

We were wondering when a good time to re image your computer 
would be. I don't want to take your computer and leave you 
stranded for the day. We can always have a loaner brought in for 
the time as well.

spoke with Emily to see how the computer was running. she said it 
was running great but would still like to schedule a re image after 
this term is over. I will contact her at that point.

Emily's computer has been used by 5 different people and has a 
lot of random software that doesn't need to be on the System. 
After speaking with Emily we  are going to re-image the 
computer when this term is over so she isn't as busy. for now the 
computer seems to be working fine but I will email her later this 
week to see how it is running.

I am requesting update of MS Office and Malware
removal for Emily Swart's PC -- WOU# 20110161[Edit Inv]

She continues to have slow response times to for a
PC that is not that old.  This has been an ongoing
issue for three users of this machine.  Really is
a problem when starting Microsoft Office.  Taking
rediculously long to launch Excel or Word.
