She brought the computer in and it is having the
same problems.  The problem is when she turned the
computer on this time.  She has been having the
problem since she got Yosemite.  She would like to
try and stay away from re-imaging because there is
stuff she needs to save.

Conducted disk repair and cleared NVRAM. Macbook
starts fine now.
