Spoke with Piper about this ticket on monday 5/18. She said that 
the system was running good so far and that she would keep me 
updated on the issue if it happens again.

I also let her know that her computer is a XP machine and that it 
is no longer supported by Microsoft and that we would need to 
update that to windows 7 soon. Her computer if available for 
GFA this year and she requested that we if we complete a GFA 
for the computer that it is done after the end of this term 
because of how busy she was.

I said I would keep the ticket on hold so that way we don't forget 
about it and keep it on the back burner.

Hello,

I've been having problems with Excel today -- it
keeps freezing & crashing, and won't let me save
to my H:/ drive. Was there a recent Microsoft
update that would cause this?

I am also working on a 2009 Dell desktop with
Windows XP, WOU # 20090551.

Any suggestions?
