Katherine has just called back to let us know 
that she is pretty much out of the office on 
vacations for the next two months, but that she 
would be in either July 10th between 11:00am 
and 1:00pm to give us her broken laptop and 
pick up a loaner, OR on July 14th between 
10:00am and 4:00pm. Either way she has 
requested that a loaner laptop be ready for her 
on either of those days.

Loaner is ready for her when she drops off her 
macbook - it's on the side of my station.

Please remember when she picks up the loaner to 
have her connect with Ethernet cord for the 
first log on and add her as an admin.

Called in and said that, two of the keys have
popped off and the touch pad is no longer working
on her macbook. It is still under warranty until
2/2016

She'll be dropping off the laptop on Friday and
will need a loaner laptop while hers is getting
fixed.
