John Rushing	May 13, 2015 09:20 AM	when I got there I started to do a power cycle on the printer and just as I was about to do it the printer started working. I also checked to see if the other printer was working and it was also processing jobs. The first job was taking a long time in between pages. They were printing full page Power Points. Once the job cleared several other jobs came through.	Add Attachment

Katie Halvorson	May 13, 2015 08:56 AM	She tried to send to WUC-color and Wuclab printer and it says it is still receiving data for about 5 minutes. When they send to the black and white printer, they have been waiting for about 20mins with the same error. There are multiple people with the same problem. The queue on the computer says there are no jobs.	Add Attachment
