Hello,
The two printers that had the black ink issue will
now load ink.  The one printer (20130043) in room
108 will still not load the Cyan ink.  Could
someone come back over?  Can they make sure that
the ink does actually load before they leave our
building?

I checked the printers this morning and at least 3
of them won't load a specific color of ink.  I
checked the ink boxes and we do have the correct
ink.  I tried turning two of them off and let them
shut down and then turned them back on.  They
still won't recognize the ink and load it.
20130048[Edit Inv] & 20130044[Edit Inv] won't load Black ink
20130043[Edit Inv] won't load Cyan ink

I have not checked the Lounge printer or the 2nd
floor Alcove printer and I will do that next.
