Hello,

A student accidentally put an SD card into the CD
drive slot of iMac 20110412[Edit Inv] in ITC 103. We are
unable to remove the SD card, which contains some
irreplaceable files. Could someone please help? I
think it may be necessary to partially disassemble
the computer. Thank you very much.
