Have received a couple of "Explorer has stopped
working"  error messages, same as before.  Occurs
when I have had Excel and/or Word open for a
while. Overall, it is working ok.

If the reimage fixes her problem, we will look for
dates where we can reimage the entire department.

Mike Soukup came in today, saying that people in
the Financial Aid department have been having
recurring issues with their machines.  The system
stops and starts, popping up warnings that the
explorer or whatever program they are in has
stopped.  It occurs more often in Word/Excel.  

I have retrieved Gail Wolfe's machine to test by
reimaging.  She has loaner W 20090556[Edit Inv].  She says
she has backed up to her H:drive, and confirmed
with Soukup that program files on the C:drive were
not needed.

Her machine, W20110866, is by the imaging station.
 Needs standard staff image, special software is
managed by Soukup.
