Hello,
I would like to open a ticket.  We have a printer
that is not accepting Black solid ink and needs
someone to put the code in to fix that. 

The printer is located on the first floor in the
northwest area that we refer to as the TRC lab.

Printer number 20130053[Edit Inv] is having the issue 
where it thinks the ink cartridge is wrong. It 
has had us remove slot 4 twice now! The 
supervisor for this area is Scott Carter who is 
also CC on this email!
