You may be past this now, but I ran diagnostics
last evening.on WOU# 20101151[Edit Inv]  and found memory ok
but Hard Disk Error 2000-0146

Scott's home use loaner machine is dead, it is out
of warranty. Running basic troubleshooting, most
likely will need a new loaner for him.
