Jennie used to work at payroll before moving to 
TRI - her account was deleted on Friday, and so 
was unable to log back on today.

I talked with Dave and we recreated her account 
and restored her permissions.

She called in stating that she tried to log into
her computer but its telling her she has the wrong
username or password and she doesn't remember
changing it.
