 They use it for Skype interviews and I believe
they may have special software configurations
related to Skype interview recording etc.

Kayla,

Is their a different user assigned to this station
besides what our records show, " HR Temp"?  I need
to know who or what usage this is needing
replacement for and what type of replacement is
wanted.  I have listed the PC options below but if
what this is replacing needs MAC OS options let me
know.  Or let me know if you are not the proper
contact for this.

The keyboard is not typing/typing intermittently
keys on the entire upper portion.  Ran
diagnostics, came back clean.  An external usb
keyboard works just fine.  Device driver was
already updated.  Nothing saved locally.  Brought
back machine and charger.  It is above my desk.

Referring to Tricia for possible GFA upgrade.

She called in stating that she has a laptop down
there that is having trouble with the keyboard.
Either when she punches the key nothing appears or
it double types the letter for her. She would like
someone to stop by and look at it for her. She is
in her office and will be available whenever
somebody can stop by.
