The magic mouse is ITC 001 for workstation
w#20140176[Edit Inv] is not working.

Mouse has been tested on several different
workstations and is still not responding.

Mouse is under warranty, Apple care has been
contacted and new mouse is being mailed.  The old
mouse will need to be returned to Apple to avoid
being charged.
