Called Moe after changing out drivers, internally
the printer wasn't printing double sided either.

reset the NVRAM which is located under the service
tools menu

I hardwired into the printer, restarted, and checked all settings. It 
still would not print two sided.

Raina smith is having these issues but she is not
in our system just yet so Jan Carlson is the
contact person.

Raina is having trouble when she is trying to save
things to her favorites file in her "i" drive. She
said no matter what she does her favorites are
never their the next day. She is also having
trouble with the printer WOU#20100809[Edit Inv] not printing
double sided. 

She would like someone to take a look at it for
her and will be in her office today until 2 and
tomorrow from 9-10 and 12-1
