Went back and tried a few more things; updated
firmware and restarted everything again. It
seems to be working now, if a little slow and
moody.

I told them that this fix might not last, and
that they need to decide network or local, as
this is likely causing some of the issues.

The printer was printing blank pages whenever
it was on. It was also set up both locally and
over the network, which is probably causing
issues. I removed the local connection so that
it is just over network and now it will say
printing in the queue but nothing will print.

Tried removing and reinstalling, restarting
print spooler & removing driver then
reinstalling. Same issue.

Talked with Megan about the printer and she
said it has had repeated problems via the
local/network combo connection. She explained
that we don't usually look into parts for these
printers as it is typically more expensive than
a new one.

The printer is WUC 119 is saying that it is out of
paper when it is full. Also when it does print it
prints blank pages very slow. The printer is
available to be worked on all day today.

This is for Sierra Meyers.
