Met with Laurie - word wasn't letting her save as 
a PDF, but it worked for her when I was there.

Since the update, Adobe professional menu isn't
working properly.  The computer will start to
freeze up and hangs up when she tries to save as.
 The option to change name and save to file isn't
available either.

***She has awful allergies right now and would
prefer someone without perfume or cologne on.

She is around the rest of the day and available.

I was able to get hold of Professor Laurie and
help her installed Camtasia software on her
machine. Tested upon completion it work just fine.
