The computer that you currently have is a
temporary loaner machine.  The computer that I am
returning is your assigned machine, that is now
fixed. 

Will your office be unlocked then?  If it is
locked, do we have your permission to get it unlocked?

She called in stating that she tried turning on
her computer today after installing updates
yesterday and she heard a sound that sounded like
a blown fuse. Her computer is blinking yellow now
and will not turn on.
