Helped with her printer. Redownloded the drivers and it 
worked fine.

Nancy and her co-workers have been trying to 
print off Avery Labels for the past week 
without success due to the fact that the linups 
or margins were off. It didn't seem like a 
computer error, because over the phone we tried 
messing with the margins on the document itself 
before printing, and it still printed cutting 
off part of the document. She also mentioned 
that the printer will occasionally fail to 
print for seemingly no reason, without an error 
code of any kind, and then once restarted it 
works fine. She will be in her office next 
Wednesday (the 27th) from 8:30am until 5:30pm.
