She did not want a loaner as she has a laptop and
other office computers she  can use.

The print spooler service would not start.  Tried
manually restarting, applying Windows updates, but
no printers could be added.  Brought back machine
for troubleshooting/possible reimage.

"Unable to add printer due to local print spooler 
failure". Her callback number is 88305, and she 
will be in her office today until 5:00pm.
