I was able to get hold of Kenneth  and the problem
he was encountering with his machine been fuzzy
was due to the screen resolution issue. Resetting
that solve the problem.

Looked at his computer; it's back to the same 
funky display, likely due to a driver issue.  I 
tried messing with them, but without success 
and was unable to download one of the video 
drivers to test.

Vikas, which video driver did you reinstall 
that worked?

it's back to the old thing again after his
computer did some updates.  He would like someone
to fix it.  He is going to grab some coffee but
his door will be unlocked.

He turned on his computer and the formatting is
all different.  The text is fuzzy and smaller and
when he goes to her documents, they are named
different.  He can get into everything and it
works, it all just looks way different.  He tried
restarting and still same problem.

He is around till 11 and Bob (MA323) or Juile
(MA330) can let you in if he isn't there.  He will
leave his door unlocked just in case.
