Uninstall and reinstall the driver and still did not work. I 
tried for both the copiers upstairs and downstairs. We tried 
to delete user from company online too but still did not 
work .She can login with her code.

Seems like she has a lot of virus so i am giving her a loaner 
W20100134 until her machine is reimaged.

She called in stating that she is having the same
issues as before with this copier and would like
someone to come and take a look at it.

She will be in her office until 5pm today.

Uninstalled the Ed-copier using print management
and spooler cmds.  Reinstalled from \\krusty. 
This brought back the desired printer settings,
but Adobe Reader was having issues once you got to
that window.  Manually installed Reader and Pro
Updates.  Test prints and changes went through fine.

She called in stating that she was trying to print
to ED-Copier on crusty and she couldn't change the
print settings. She tried to uninstall and
reinstall the copier but she was unsuccessful with
that too.

She is available all day today
