Ruby Tidwell	May 29, 2015 01:46 PM	I met with Andrea; I didn't see any major pop- ups when I was there, but she said it happens in all of the browsers. I checked for add-ons, programs and features, and started a Malwarebytes scan. I'll check in with her next week to see if she is still having problems. I also reminded her to back up to H: drive in case we need to reimage.	Add Attachment

Katie Halvorson	May 29, 2015 12:33 PM	She thinks her computer has a virus. Firefox and IE are giving her continuous pop-ups. Her computer will freeze up throughout the day as well. She has been having the problem since april 27th. She is around today till 130 in her office and on campus till 4.	Add Attachment
