This printer is doing the same thing to multiple
users again.  They are printing to the non-colored
side and it is printing in color and taking their
credits as color.

Hello,

Just thought I¿d let you know: the printer in the
24 hour lounge (barcode number 20120892) is
printing in color instead of black & white when
documents are sent to Lab-24HourRoom but still
only charging one print credit. And along with
that, Lab-24HourRoomColor no longer shows on the
list of printers.
