Her charger is badly damaged and the copper wire is exposed, 
when her laptop is delivered we should recommend that her 
department purchase a new one.

Met with CM - she is backing everything up to 
her H: drive today and will drop off her laptop 
tomorrow to upgrade/reimage.

She would like it back before the weekend if 
possible and would also appreciate if we 
cleaned her screen.  (She's special and nice =)

Her laptop has valid WIN 7 license it just has
never been upgraded please work with her to get it
upgraded ASAP as she has contacted Bill kernan due
to the email he sent out today about XP machines
being turned off network July 1, 2015.
