as admin, setup wireless and H:\ and I:\ drives. 
He said he would setup his printers.

Ella Taylor (director of TRI) and Linda 
McDowell (director of the NCDB project at TRI) 
have given approval to send my MacBook in to 
Apple for repairs.

The repair can be invoiced against index 
numbers 493 and 100.

Contacted apple care.  They believe that the
problem is hardware related.  Received a price
quote for repairs of $329.95.  The case number is
818670732.  This macbook is not under our GFA
system or under warranty so if he wants to have it
repaired or a new macbook his department will have
to handle the expenses.

His laptop is at my desk it is currently pushing
his local files up to his H:/ drive.  There are a
lot when it is done it needs to be re-imaged.

brought it back he started using it and it seemed
to be working fine until it crashed again

I was able to get hold of Jeff and return his MAc
book after resetting the PRAM on his system. It
works just fine.

Hello,

My MacBook is being looked at by UCS techs today
... I was wondering if you could do me a favor.

I have a few files on the machine that I would
love to get so I can continue working on a
project.  If a tech is able to boot up the
machine, can you call me on my cell at
503-784-7046?  I'll come over with a USB drive and
copy the files.

If this isn't possible, that's ok.
