The hinge on the scanner is broken and it is not
under warranty.  I informed her that we cannot
handle replacement, and department will have to
handle it.

She said her scanner is no longer working. At
first it seemed like when she lifted to lid to put
in documents to scan the screen seemed lifted like
it wasn't sitting right, and now it isn't scanning
at all

She's available today till 5:30
