Installed correct version of Java. She can now
connect to Banner.

Java is not working and letting her on Banner. 
Faye is calling on behalf of Denisse Maciel
computer.  She is in AD308E and Mike said last
time he worked on this computer, there was
multiple versions of Java on the computer and
cause it to have issues.
