Went back down a few more times; it is 
displaying an error that tray 1 has no paper, 
but we want it to print to tray 2, which is 
already the default in all the preferences (on 
the computer side).

Tried messing with settings and performing the 
cold reset with no success.

It will, however, print to tray 1 just fine.

To perform cold reset, press and hold OK just 
after turning on, and release when all three 
lights are on; press the down arrow to access the 
menu and select cold reset

Tried restarting, moving paper, unplugging, etc.  
Settings seemed to be okay (uses right size of 
paper, tray, etc)

Staff unplugged/turned off printer for 10 minutes
and no change. As well as changed the printer
paper. Available anytime.
