Hi Deborah,

We were just following up with you regarding a service request that 
we have for you.  (#57143)

Description: PC needs to be changed back to windows 7 to run 
duplication  software 

We were wondering if this has been resolved for you or if we can 
still be of assistance with this.  If so could we have a bit more 
information on what is needed. Also if we could have a chance to sit 
down with you or a student to walk us through the issues you are 
having.

Deborah came by and said that she had a starter
disc in a slip for the duplicator machine and it
is no longer there.  She said the slip is but not
the disc and was wondering if the tech who came
over to help knew anything...

Miles installed and setup the BravoPro publisher
and associated software.  It can print discs now,
but fails when copying discs.  It will read in the
desired disc fine, then reject all blank discs.  

After some fiddling, it can copy from the upper
tray, and the computer/software kept crashing.  We
can swap hard disks or troubleshoot hardware, but
Deborah would like to print some disks before we
troubleshoot more.  She is also okay with working
with the upper working tray.  She will check back
in with us tomorrow.

PC is ready to go just needs the Primavera Bravo
Pro software installed.  I could not find it on
the T drive.  I called Deborah to see if she has
is.  Left Vm.

It's imaging on my desk. Deborah let me know that to get the 
printer working when installing the computer, you have to turn on 
the computer and have it set up before hooking up the printer.

The following PC in Master Control is used to
print/duplicate DVD/BluRay/CD's.
The printer needs to run on Windows 7 - the
machine was upgraded to Windows 8, with 7 still
used for the printer.     It has been a constant
struggle...and it's not working again.   I need
this machine yesterday for duplication and for
upcoming commencement orders.

Please change the entire machine back to Windows 7
only and reinstall the printer program for the
Primavera Bravo Pro.
