I went there the computer was affected by virus and was very 
slow. She was woking on a project and could not the save 
the files until she will finish that so she does not want a 
loaner computer. I removed the virus. Install/Run 
Malwarebytes, SuperAntiSpyware, Cleaner. Did windows 
update. 

Its working fine now.

Ayer just called about someone from our 
department leaving a voicemail, but she didn't 
know who and the ticket does not reflect any 
call made today. She wanted to confirm that she 
will be in the office from 11:00am to 1:00pm 
today.

She called today and said next week on Thursday
(25th) between 10-1 and would like someone to come
over and get this fixed. She has an icon on her
computer that cannot be deleted.  It is called
"computer" and she thinks it is affected by the
virus.

She called today needing to cancel you going over
there. She's had a family member become ill and
doesn't know when she will be able to come in to
work next. When she does know, she will call and
set up a new appointment.

Also, a folder that simply says "computer", she
doesn't know whats in it or where it came from.

Ayer is having trouble with her antivirus
software. Yesterday it detected threats and
cleaned them, but now there are more quarantined
threats.200
