Selected the allow and remember option.  She
preferred not to update flash/firefox.  

She also had a problem with sound in chrome; the
video was on mute.  

She mentioned she might have some other little
things later, told her to feel free to contact us.

She called in stating that she was trying to play
a video but it was asking her to update her adobe
flash player. She would like someone to come down
tomorrow (6/4/15) after 11:30-1:30 and help assist
her with this.
