He followed the procedure and was waiting to see 
if it fixed the error.  I emailed him today to 
see if it has still working.

Trever is on nights now so he is trying a 
procedure I emailed him to reset the PrintKey  
back to defaults.  I emailed him today to see how 
the procedure went and if he was still getting 
error messages.

He called to say the problem is happening again. 
The same error is coming up.

I end tasked the print screen application and 
started it back up.  I also did some testing to 
make sure the issue did not repeat.

Earlier today Officer Jackson used the 
screenshot function on his computer in the 
office over there, and since then an error on 
the screen will not go away titled "Warning: 
Invalid Picture Type". He would like this error 
to go away, as it is obstructing the other 
functions on the computer. His callback number 
is 88481, and he would like for it to be taken 
care of today if possible. (He asked for the 
priority to be raised).
