It was giving the blue screen error message every 
time someone logged on.
Ran diagnostics - didn't find anything.  Starting 
an image now

She called in stating that one of the laptops they
rent out at the info desk gives you a registry
error when students try to log in. It then brings
up the recovery mode and does this cycle over and
over. They would like someone to take a look at it
whenever possible.
