Looked at the printer.  It is throwing 
Printer Error:91,720.0.00:16955.  This seems to be
a print head tilt error.  I looked around inside
best I could and couldn't see any obvious issues.
 If you have anymore troubleshooting steps for
this problem shoot me an e-mail and I will check
them out.
