I could not remember the procedure to delete some
stuff and restart the spooler simultaneously.  If
someone knows how to do this please help me out.

Louann just called updating the secondary issue, 
letting us know that her co-worker Peter Flora is 
having the same "Adela Agular" Issue on Wordpress.

Also having an issue with her portal login, 
stating that her account name is "Adela 
Agular", which she is not. She would like this 
solved as soon as possible, due the fact that 
this is the second time this has happened to 
her. (Secondary Issue).

Louann is unable to connect to the office 
printer over there, while her co-workers still 
have the capability, which entails that it's a 
problem with her computer. She's tried 
troubleshooting it herself without luck,and 
would appreciate if a tech went to check it 
out. She will be in her office until 1:30PM 
today, but any tech going over there will have 
access to the office according to her through 
the ODS desk. Her contact number is (89241).
