Went over, updated flash player and firefox. Email worked fine after 
that. Their computer is 6 years old and still on 10.6, so they will 
probably seek an upgrade in the near future.

Monica Barnhart called in for mike's issue with his mac. 
When he goes to make an email or reply to an email it 
takes a very long time for what they type to show up. 
When you call Mike at 88420 Monica will be the one you 
will talk to able this issue and the one who will help you 
have access to his computer.
