Power cycled the computer, which seemed to clear
up the issue.  Ran a system files check and
windows updates.  This machine is also GFA
eligible, but he didn't think it was worth it
until he got back from summer.

Jeremiah just called in requesting that a tech 
stop by today between 2:00PM and 3:00PM to work on 
his computer.

His computer froze up and he restarted it and then
it ran a check for repairs and failed.  The
computer won't turn on and is stuck on an error
screen that says it can't repair itself.

He is giving a final from 10-12 today.
