Called back and checked in.  He said the restart 
worked just fine and it is running again.

called Brondon and said to power of the computer and restart it 
with out going in to system recovery to see if that would fix the 
issue and if it happened again we would be right up to take a look.

Hello,

Our office laptop (20130382) has been "Preparing
for Updates" all morning (since 7:15am this
morning) and seems to be stuck but says "Do not
restart your computer." Anyway someone might to
able to take a look at it or give me some
direction on what I should do with it?
