The boot-sticks weren't working, had to try the 
others till I found the right one that worked for 
the laptop. Imaging is working now.

The 20120566[Edit Inv] computer is getting the "setup was unable to create 
a new system partition or locate an existing system partition" when 
being imaged. I couldn't see a USB 3 setting and diskpartition.exe 
didn't help, does anyone have any other ideas about this?

20120561[Edit Inv] is a separate computer, it's running very very slow 
and is not at all usable. I ran some updates and ccleaner but it's 
still bad so I brought it back too. 
Also, I changed the contact to Chris Silva as Noelle is leaving 
tomorrow. If for some reason we still have the computers in two 
weeks, we need to contact Tom Breyer, as Chris Silva will be 
gone.

She let me know while I was there that she didnt have any personal 
files on the computer and so I've started to reimage it. I let her 
know in an email.

Shandelle sent me over to check on Noelle's computer, it is 
giving an error similar to:
"The instruction at 0xXXXXXXXX referenced memory at 
0xXXXXXXX. The memory could not be read"
Whenever any program is opened. I ran sfc /scannow, 
malwarebytes, memory tests, and restarted several times while I 
was over there, but nothing helped.
