I was able to get hold of Linda and did some
troubleshooting resetting the PRAM solve the
problem. The machine works just fine.

She is in tomorrow

She came in today and her computer was unplugged
and she plugged it back in and the computer won't
turn back on.  There is no lights that come on or
any response and she held down the power button
while on the phone for 15seconds.
