I was able to get hold of Patti and change some
settings on the printer. I realize the printer
wasn't select the right paper type. Changing it
fix the problem.

Hello- Nursing faculty Patti Warkentin (in office
MNB 208) is unable to print to the NU-Saline
printer (ID 20080201) from her computer.  She is
able to print to NU-Glucose though.  I tried
re-connecting the NU-Saline printer on her
computer, but couldn¿t get it to work, so I¿m not
sure what to do.

 

(That NU-Saline printer has been continuing to
have the issue for all of us recently where it
keeps trying to print from the bypass tray and we
have to hit the ¿OK¿ button a couple times
whenever we send a print job to it.  Not sure if
this is related to the connection problem.)
