Checked on the printer wou #20080002[Edit Inv] at Safety 
Service. It's working fine now. But not sure 
why it happened the first place.It's an old 
printer connected with the alarm system, and it 
can't be turned-of.

Good morning,

 

This printer feeds paper that has holes on the
sides. I think it¿s called tear away paper. The
paper has been coming unaligned the last couple of
days and we have had to refeed it. Normally we
don¿t have many problems with this printer. Would
you be able to send someone over to look at it? I
am wondering if might need some cleaning. It is in
service 24/7. Thanks!
