she said she had just done it when the computer 
first started acting up so we do not have to do a

Her laptop was not working again so she came by left her 
laptop 20120728[Edit Inv] and took a loaner laptop 20081039[Edit Inv].

Her laptop is showing completely black screen time to time 
when she logins and won't allow her to do anything and even 
the power button is not working properly.

I called her. She said her computer is working now but once a 
day it black out but she is able to use it so she don't need the 
loaner computer right now. She said to hold on if she might 
have any problem she will contact us.

MaryEllen is having problems with her Macbook 
Pro, which is just maintaining a blank screen 
whenever she turns it on. She would also like 
to request a Loaner computer while hers is 
being taken care of. Additionally, her actual 
contact number is (88709).
