I re-image the machine and did the necessary
setup, that improve the speed of the machine. I
backup the user files save locally on the system
and save to an USB drives. The machine works just
fine.

I was able to access the user profile for
Mclauglinn and save all of her important files she
had locally to an external drive. With series of
trouble done on the machine did not help solve the
problem with the slowness.I had to re-image the
system.

I did several trouble shooting on the machine
which includes running some anti virus software
and but it seems to not be responding properly. I
spoke with Christopher regarding this task because
re-imaging would be the best solution. But he said
the owner of the machine is on break and he wasn't
sure if she save some files locally on the
machine. So I decided to put the task on hold
until we get hold the owner.
