I was able to get hold of Micah and uninstalled
and reinstalled the right version of java solve
the problem with her accessing banner.

Banner only works in IE

when she tries to open google chrome an error
occurs. and she cannot get into banner because the
java needs to be updated but she's not sure if
she's supposed to update or not. if you could head
over there asap that'd be great!
