Completed the task as instructed in the service
request. I image the machine and did the regular
setup which include, Flash,java,firefox update,
windows update, antivirus etc. The machine works
just fine

This laptop had been previously assigned to 
Eldon Hardenbrook, a non-tenure-track 
instructor in CS who will not be here next 
year.  For now, David Olson (olsond) will get 
the laptop and he can be added as a local 
administrator.  My understanding is that it is 
protocol to re-image a machine before re-
assigning to another faculty/staff member.

Dale would like the laptop re-imaged up here, and 
it is sitting up here waiting to be taken back. I 
am currently waiting for his reply as to 
specifically why that is.
