Megan Thibeault	Jul 13, 2015 04:00 PM	**This is an email** Carmen, You were in last week to have help with getting Screenflow working on your laptop ansd mentioned that someone at Screenflow gave you a code to license v.5. Can you forward me your email correspondence with Screenflow as we have a problem with the code they gave you. The code they sent you is the same code they gave us to license a recently purchased license(for Maria Dantas-Whitney) and is now not letting us activate the license that was purchased for her. I need to find out why they sent you that code and to get this problem fixed so that we can license Maria's copy which was paid for at version 5.	Add Attachment
