Sue is having troubles with her MacBook Pro  
that she received last week. It is shutting 
down, barely restarting, and popping up with a 
plethora of error messages when it does end up 
working. Her contact number is (88893), and I 
have just sent a follow-up email requesting the 
machine's WOU#.
